If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you will have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a full refund. Follow the steps below to process your return.

Step 1 — Check your 60-day window

Make sure you are still within the 60-day period starting with the day the order was placed and purchased. To remember the purchase date, please check your order confirmation email.

Step 2 — Contact support

Step 3 — Return the bottles

Send all the bottles back (no matter if they are empty or not, opened or not) to the address below. Insert a note with your full name, email, and order ID (optional) so your order can be located and processed with priority. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
